本ポリシーは、Wisteria Labが提供する本サービスにおける、利用者情報および個人情報の取扱いを定めるものです。 利用者は、本サービスを利用する前に本ポリシーを確認し、内容に同意のうえ利用するものとします。
Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how Wisteria Lab collects, uses, and handles information in connection with the Services we provide. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
第1条（適用範囲）
本ポリシーは、Wisteria Lab（以下「当方」）が提供する本サービスにおける、 利用者情報および個人情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。
Article 1 – Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how Wisteria Lab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles user information and personal information in connection with the Services we provide.
第2条（取得する情報）
当方は、以下の情報を、必要な範囲で取得することがあります。
- お問い合わせ時に利用者が提供する氏名、メールアドレス、所属、本文内容等
- サービス利用時に生じる端末情報、OS情報、利用状況、アクセス日時、IPアドレス等
- 不具合対応や改善のために利用者から任意で提供される情報
- 決済が伴う場合に、決済プラットフォームまたは販売事業者から通知される取引関連情報
Article 2 – Information We Collect
We may collect the following information to the extent necessary:
- Name, email address, affiliation, and message content provided by you when you contact us;
- Device information, OS information, usage data, access timestamps, and IP addresses generated during your use of the Services;
- Information voluntarily provided by you for the purpose of troubleshooting or improving the Services; and
- Transaction-related information notified to us by payment platforms or sales operators when a payment is involved.

Article 3 – Purpose of Use
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries;
- Providing, maintaining, improving, and enhancing the quality of the Services;
- Investigating malfunctions, responding to failures, and implementing security measures;
- Preventing unauthorized use and analyzing usage patterns;
- Communicating important notices and specification changes; and
- Complying with legal or regulatory requirements.
第4条（第三者提供）
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 ただし、決済、配信、ホスティング、解析、サポート等に必要な範囲で、 業務委託先または外部サービス提供者に情報を取り扱わせることがあります。
Article 4 – Third-Party Disclosure
We will not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable law. However, we may entrust certain information to contractors or external service providers to the extent necessary for payment processing, distribution, hosting, analytics, support, and similar purposes.
第5条（外部サービスの利用）
当方は、アプリ配信、決済処理、障害解析、アクセス解析、クラウド運用等のために、 Apple、ホスティング事業者、解析サービスその他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。 これらのサービスにおける情報の取扱いについては、各事業者の定める規約またはポリシーが適用されることがあります。
Article 5 – Use of Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services — including Apple, hosting providers, analytics services, and cloud operators — for app distribution, payment processing, crash analysis, access analytics, and cloud operations. The handling of information by those services may be governed by their own terms or policies.
第6条（安全管理措置）
当方は、取得した情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、 合理的な範囲で適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
Article 6 – Security Measures
We take reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure, loss, or destruction of collected information.
第7条（保有期間）
当方は、取得した情報を利用目的の達成に必要な期間保持し、不要となった後は、 法令上保存が必要な場合を除き、適切な方法で削除または匿名化します。
Article 7 – Retention Period
We retain collected information for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it by appropriate means, unless retention is required by applicable law.
第8条（Cookie等の利用）
当方のウェブサイトでは、利便性向上、利用状況把握、障害対応等のために、 Cookieその他これに類する技術を使用する場合があります。利用者はブラウザ設定によりCookieを制限または無効化できますが、 その場合、一部機能が利用できないことがあります。

第9条（開示・訂正・削除等）
当方は、本人から自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等の請求を受けた場合には、 本人確認を行ったうえで、法令に従い合理的な範囲で対応します。
Article 9 – Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion
When we receive a request from an individual to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or suspend the use of their own personal information, we will verify the requester's identity and respond to the extent required by applicable law and within a reasonable scope.
第10条（本ポリシーの変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、 本ウェブサイトまたは関連サービス上に掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第12条（MediScope（iOS／iPadOSアプリ）について）
MediScopeは、端末の中で動作するDICOM画像ビューアです。本アプリにおける情報の取扱いは、第2条および第3条の定めにかかわらず、次のとおりとします。
- 収集する情報：本アプリは、利用者の情報（画像、患者情報、端末の情報、利用状況など）を当方に送信・収集しません。広告や利用状況の解析、追跡は行いません。
- 画像とデータの扱い：取り込んだ画像と設定は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。PACSとの通信は、利用者が設定した接続先との間でのみ行います。
- 個人情報を含むデータ：DICOMデータには、患者氏名・患者IDなどの個人情報が含まれることがあります。個人情報を含むデータの取り扱いは、利用者の責任で行ってください。アプリロック（Face ID／Touch ID／パスコード）を使うと、端末を他人に触られたときに内容を見られにくくできます。
- カメラ・Face IDなど：カメラは患者IDのバーコードの読み取りに、Face ID／Touch IDはアプリロックに、ローカルネットワークはPACSとの通信にだけ使います。これらの情報を当方へ送ることはありません。
- 購入：MediScope Proの購入はAppleが処理します。当方は利用者の支払い情報を受け取りません。
- お問い合わせ：contact@wisteria-lab.org。お問い合わせの際にいただいた氏名・メールアドレス等は、本ポリシーの定め（第2条・第3条・第11条）に従って取り扱います。
Article 12 – MediScope (iOS / iPadOS app)
MediScope is a DICOM image viewer that runs on your device. Notwithstanding Articles 2 and 3, information in this app is handled as follows.
- Information we collect: The app does not send or collect any of your information (images, patient information, device information, usage data, etc.). It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking.
- Images and data: Imported images and settings are stored only on your device. The app communicates only with the PACS servers you configure.
- Personal information in data: DICOM data may contain personal information such as patient names and IDs. You are responsible for handling any data that contains personal information. App Lock (Face ID / Touch ID / passcode) helps keep the content private if someone else uses your device.
- Camera, Face ID and more: The camera is used only to scan patient ID barcodes, Face ID / Touch ID only for App Lock, and the local network only to communicate with PACS servers. None of this information is sent to us.
- Purchases: Purchases of MediScope Pro are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information.
- Contact: contact@wisteria-lab.org. Your name, email address and other details provided when contacting us are handled in accordance with this Policy (Articles 2, 3 and 11).

MediShotは、臨床写真等をDICOM形式に変換し、利用者が設定したPACSへ送信するアプリです。本アプリにおける情報の取扱いは、第2条および第3条の定めにかかわらず、次のとおりとします。
- 画像・患者情報の取扱い：カメラ、写真ライブラリ、ファイル共有等から取り込んだ画像および患者情報は、DICOM変換、画像編集および利用者が指示したPACSへの送信のためにアプリ内で取り扱います。当方がこれらの情報を受信・収集することはありません。
- 送信先：画像および患者情報は、利用者が設定したPACSにのみ送信されます。当方が運営するサーバーや、設定されたPACS以外のクラウドサービス等へ自動送信されることはありません。
- 端末内の保存：患者情報は、送信履歴またはDICOM通信ログの保存を利用者が有効にした場合に限り、利用者の端末内に保存されます。DICOM通信ログの保存は初期設定で無効です。
- 端末の機能：カメラは画像の撮影に、写真ライブラリおよびファイル共有は画像の取り込みに、Face ID／Touch IDはアプリロックに、ローカルネットワークはPACSとの通信に使用します。これらの情報を当方へ送信することはありません。
- 安全管理：端末内に保存されるデータは、iOSのデータ保護機能により保護されます。アプリロック（Face ID／Touch ID）を有効にすることで、アプリへのアクセスを制限できます。
- 購入：MediShot Proの購入はAppleが処理します。当方は利用者の支払い情報を受け取りません。
- お問い合わせ：contact@wisteria-lab.org。お問い合わせの際にいただいた氏名・メールアドレス等は、本ポリシーの定め（第2条・第3条・第11条）に従って取り扱います。
Article 13 – MediShot (iOS / iPadOS app)
MediShot is an app that converts clinical photographs and other images into DICOM format and sends them to the PACS servers you configure. Notwithstanding Articles 2 and 3, information in this app is handled as follows.
- Images and patient information: Images and patient information imported from the camera, photo library, file sharing, or similar sources are handled within the app to convert them to DICOM, edit images, and send them to the PACS server you instruct. We do not receive or collect this information.
- Destination: Images and patient information are sent only to the PACS servers you configure. They are not automatically sent to servers operated by us or to cloud services other than the PACS destination you configure.
- On-device storage: Patient information is stored on your device only if you enable saving of send history or DICOM communication logs. Saving DICOM communication logs is disabled by default.
- Device features: The camera is used to capture images; the photo library and file sharing are used to import images; Face ID / Touch ID is used for App Lock; and the local network is used to communicate with PACS servers. None of this information is sent to us.
- Security: Data stored on your device is protected by iOS data protection. You can restrict access to the app by enabling App Lock (Face ID / Touch ID).
- Purchases: Purchases of MediShot Pro are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information.
